Nerve Glides

Nerve glides should be done slowly and up to or a little beyond the feeling of tension and nerve symptoms of pain or tingling begin.

Pump slowly into the tension either at the wrist, elbow, shoulder or neck and then back off.  Continue for 30 seconds.  Back off the amount of tension if symptoms flare.

Repeat each exercise 3 times.  Do hourly throughout the day or at least 6 times daily.
